Kangacrew are seeking an exceptional Nursery Manager to join this hugely successful chain of nurseries to manage their 80 place Nursery in Chiswick, London. The company are looking for a an ambitious individual to join their team and continue the high level of standard throughout the nursery.
As part of the management team you will be responsible for managing and leading the entire nursery team whilst also being accountable for the overall management of the nursery including financial, customer care, regulatory and so forth.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years post qualification experience, at least 2 years Nursery Management experience and be able to demonstrate a capability of running a nursery to exemplary standard. You will have a sound knowledge of Ofsted's standards alongside excellent communication and leadership skills.
The Nursery is a substantial property, converted by to create a 88 place day nursery of the highest quality. Much of the character has been retained to provide spacious and interesting rooms with first class childcare facilities. This nursery provides a happy, sociable environment where every child is treated as an individual.
The nursery has four main playrooms for individual age groups. Unusually for a London nursery, Devonshire has an outdoor play area. The nursery has CCTV in all rooms and a secure door entry system.

•Providing care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old
•Open from 7:30am to 6:30pm with core opening hours between 8:00am and 6:00pm
