| Description |
Kangacrew are assisting a well known nursery chain with the recruitment of a Baby Room Supervisor at their nursery in Wokingham.
This 33 place nursery is small, homely and very relaxed, the baby room currently cares for 9 children from 3 months to 2 years old, with a potential for taking up to 12. Routines are structured, flexible and fun, involving both individual and group play. Children are encouraged to join in music and movement, role-play, singing and educational games, Drama, art and crafts, cooking and lots more. A playhouse inspires imaginative play.
Each age group has individual play areas both indoors and out. Each child can develop their letter, number and colour recognition and reading and writing skills at their own pace with the nursery staffs’ guidance and also through the use of games, puzzles, books and construction toys puzzles, books and construction toys.
The Manager is looking for a Level 3 qualified practitioner with experience working in babies, preferably experience running a room and managing a small team although they would consider applications from those looking to take their next step in their nursery career.
The nursery is on a bus route and has free parking; the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary along with 20 days annual leave (not including bank holidays)
