Kangacrew are working with a well-known nursery in Reading to assist with recruiting a Nursery Nurse for their Baby Room.
The Nursery Manager is looking for someone to join them as soon as possible. This is a training nursery and takes children from 3 months to 5 years old, it is very easy to get to both by car and public transport and there is plenty of free parking for staff.
In addition to your duties caring for the children, you will also act as a mentor to the staff training at the setting. The Baby Room has 12 children and employs 4 staff.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience; the setting offers 20 days holiday (not including bank holidays) increasing by 1 day per year worked (up to 25 days), and also offers an additional 3 closures days for Christmas. Due to the nature of this outstanding setting, they offer plenty of opportunity for further training and development.
