We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a beautiful Nursery on the outskirts of Reading on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Nursery Owner and Manager, the successful candidate will have the ability to work well leading a team. This is quite a small setting catering for children aged 3 months to 3 years and the Deputy Manager is in charge of the day to day running of the setting and management of the staff, alongside the Manager.
Hours are 40-45 a week (starting at 8am every day) Monday to Friday on a rota basis; the successful candidate will be offered a very competitive salary as well as holiday pay and free parking.
Please note: this nursery is in a remote location; therefore your own transport is vital.
