Kangacrew are looking for a nursery manager to join an excellent company who strongly believe in the development of children and their staff. The nursery in hitchin is seeking an ambitious individual to join their team and continue the high level of standard throughout the nursery.
As part of the management team you will be responsible for managing and leading the entire nursery team whilst also being accountable for the overall management of the nursery including financial, customer care, regulatory and so forth.
The ideal candidate should have five year’s qualified experience, this should incorporate at least two years experience of management. They should also have a sound knowledge of Ofsted's standards alongside excellent communication skills.
